Armleder has been flooded for the past few days and a Horned Grebe was reported there a couple of days running. I didn't have it so I went to take a quick look on the way home from a helium delivery to Kroger. I went in and found only Mallards in the area that it was last seen. I drove around the park and found a kestrel and some crows a heron and not much else. On the way out I noticed a bird dive in the water of the flooded area right at the entrance on the right by the dog park. It was the Horned Grebe and I was very happy to see it.
