was very good but not awesome. I recommend waiting to rent it. Starbuck's iced chai latte is very good and I recommend drinking it. Going up to IKEA today to get some flooring for the new snake room. I will check the pond for birds but don't expect much. www.pinupreptiles.com should be up very soon. I will let you know. I have not excercised or lost anymore weight and I am supposed to do a cross race in November. Holy crap! I better get on it!

at least take a half hour walk ever day slacker. And not the casual, binoc-in-hand check out some bird stroll, but a fast slightly out of breath military march walk.
