I went to Armleder Park this afternoon(Feb 25). I saw some everyday birds plus a couple of Swamp Sparrows and met a jackass. I was hoping to see Wilson's Snipe reported there along the river but of course the day I go the loudest weed whacking bulldozer machine from hell was there scaring everything away. I then met up with Matt Malarkey (name changed to protect the innocent) and saw about 8 Eastern Meadowlarks on the way back to the car to add to the year list! I can't wait to get to Merritt Island tomorrow. That is how I typed it in on Google maps "Merritt Island tommorrow" funny thing is that it almost worked.
