Okay...it's a western spindalis. Actually, I'm thinking it's a western tanager...looks like a very recently fledged bird regardless (that yellow near the mouth looks like the 'gape'). Don't see any real head pattern or thick bill to make it a grosbeak. Hard to tell though...it's fuzzy.
