WHAT DID the BIG FAT BIRDER HAVE FOR DINNER?

JABIRU STEW!! Turns out that Jabiru are not protected in North America. So, I decided what could make a day trip to Texas for one bird worth while? Eat It! It tasted like turkey sausage sort of but not in a good way. At least I can say that not only did I see a Jabiru in North America; I ate one! Put that on your frikin' county records bitches!
