January 17th a group of us is going on an all day tri-state birding trip including Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky.....well, probably not Kentucky but I will get a few driving out of Kentucky. I predict a very birdy day because after 10 degree and lower temps, whatever birds are still alive will feel like it is Spring. We may have a bead on Long-eared Owl which would be a lifer locally! 1 more on the trip to 500!
