A hummingbird buzzed past my nose this morning and checked out a plant on my porch. I reloaded my pistol twice but just couldn't hit that sucker. Does anybody know what kind of feather this is? Yellow with black tip? It was found locally in KY. Photos of it were taken but it was left where it was found so further analysis is not possible. It was about 5 inches long.
